Koena Mitra set a perfect example of the 2% chance of failure under the knife or getting a plastic surgery. After her surgery she almost disappeared, was very conscious and completely lost her confidence. These pictures were shot at a recent party where Koena appeared showing a definite change in her nose yet again. The pics clearly show she undergone a surgery for the second time. Whatever at least that’s brought her confidence back.
